【摘要】：目的:探討曲安奈德穴位注射聯(lián)合中藥皮膚康洗液在肛門濕疹臨床治療中的應(yīng)用價值。方法:選取2013年3月—2015年12月于本院就診的124例肛門濕疹濕熱證患者為受試對象,隨機數(shù)字表法分為研究組和對照組各62例。對照組中途脫落4例,共58例有效病例入組;研究組中途脫落6例,共56例有效病例入組。對照組:溫水坐浴+糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂方案。研究組:曲安奈德穴位注射聯(lián)合中藥皮膚康洗液外洗方案。對比兩組受試者臨床療效及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率差異,記錄其治療前后相關(guān)指標(biāo)[血清白細胞介素-2(IL-2)、白細胞介素-4(IL-4)、白細胞介素-6(IL-6)和胃泌素(Gas)]檢測結(jié)果、皮損最大直徑及癥狀(瘙癢、灼熱、疼痛、大便秘結(jié)、小便短赤、口干心煩)積分變化情況。結(jié)果:研究組治療總有效率顯著高于對照組(91.1%vs 72.4%,P0.05)。治療2周后,兩組受試者血清IL-2水平均較治療前顯著提升,且研究組對照組;部分指標(biāo)(血清IL-4、IL-6、Gas)檢測水平、皮損最大直徑檢測結(jié)果及癥狀積分評估結(jié)果則較治療前顯著降低,且研究組對照組,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。研究組治療后出現(xiàn)月經(jīng)紊亂、頭暈、惡心癥狀各1例,對照組出現(xiàn)局部燒灼感1例,兩組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率比較,差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:對肛門濕疹患者予以曲安奈德穴位注射聯(lián)合中藥皮膚康洗液坐浴治療,能有效緩解癥狀,于其病情轉(zhuǎn)歸有利。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical value of triamcinolone acetonide point injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine Shenkang lotion in the treatment of anus eczema. Methods: 124 patients with anus eczema and eczema syndrome from March 2013 to December 2015 were randomly divided into study group and control group. There were 5 effective cases in the control group and 6 cases in the study group. Control group: warm water site-bath brucinic acid momethasone cream external coating scheme. Study group: triamcinolone acetonide acupoint injection combined with external washing of traditional Chinese medicine skin-Kang lotion. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. The relative indexes [serum interleukin-2, interleukin-4 (IL-4), interleukin-6 (IL-6) and gastrin gas) were recorded before and after treatment. The maximum diameter of skin lesions and symptoms (pruritus) were recorded. Scorching, pain, large constipation, short urination, dry mouth upset) score changes. Results: the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was significantly higher than that in the control group (91.1 vs 72.4). After 2 weeks of treatment, the serum IL-2 level in both groups was significantly higher than that before treatment, and in the study group, the level of some indexes (serum IL-4, IL-6 gas), the maximum diameter of skin lesion and the evaluation of symptom score were significantly lower than those before treatment. In the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were 1 case of menstrual disorder, 1 case of dizziness and 1 case of nausea after treatment in the study group and 1 case of local burning sensation in the control group. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P 0.05). Conclusion: the treatment of anus eczema with triamcinolone acetonide acupoint injection combined with traditional Chinese medicine skin lotion can effectively relieve the symptoms and is beneficial to the outcome of the disease.
