【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,54歲。左上眼瞼粟粒大小囊性腫物1年余,不痛不癢,曾在外院眼科用針挑治,皮膚科電離子燒灼治療未愈,逐漸增大,自述近段視物略有阻擋感至本科就診。家族成員中無(wú)類似疾病患者�；加袠虮臼霞谞钕傺�,甲狀腺功能檢查正常未治療。皮膚科情況:左眼上瞼內(nèi)1/3處瞼緣有一直徑0.1cm白
