【摘要】：3例患者均為中老年男性,皮疹多泛發(fā)全身或僅累及雙下肢,合并2型糖尿病、乙肝小三陽(yáng)、高血壓、高血脂、腎功能衰竭等疾病。臨床均表現(xiàn)為丘疹、結(jié)節(jié),中央可見(jiàn)臍狀凹陷,內(nèi)填充角栓。組織病理檢查示表皮呈杯形下陷,下方為壞死變性的膠原和白細(xì)胞碎屑,壞死膠原從表皮穿出。診斷:反應(yīng)性穿通性膠原病。給予阿維A、沙利度胺、火把花根等藥物或(和)抗生素軟膏外用治療后有效。
[Abstract]:All the 3 cases were middle and old men, with generalized skin rash in both lower limbs, type 2 diabetes, hepatitis B, high blood pressure, hyperlipidemia, renal failure and other diseases. The clinical manifestations were papules, nodules, umbilical cavities in the center and horn plugs filled in. Histopathological examination showed that the epidermis was goblet-shaped, with necrotic collagen and leucocyte debris below, and necrotic collagen perforated from the epidermis. Diagnosis: reactive penetrating collagen disease. Avera, thalidomide, torch root and other drugs or / and antibiotic ointment are effective after external treatment.
