[Abstract]:Just leprosy can be the first clinical manifestation of peripheral neuropathy, often accompanied by skin damage. Although it is rare in clinic, the source of infection is still present and the rate of disability is high. In order to arouse the attention of leprosy, we report a case of 1 case with clinical data as follows: 1: 1. Male, 30 years old, was admitted to our hospital in March 2016 because of "sexual limb numbness and weakness, unable to sense temperature 2 y". The first manifestation of the disease was skin numbness of the ulnar hand and feet of the right upper limb, accompanied by dysfunction of the second finger of the right hand.
