【摘要】：急性泛發(fā)性發(fā)疹性膿皰病(acute generalized exanthematous pustulosis,AGEP)是一種以在紅斑基礎(chǔ)上迅速出現(xiàn)密集分布的無(wú)菌性小膿皰為特點(diǎn)嚴(yán)重的皮膚不良反應(yīng),具體發(fā)病機(jī)制尚不完全明確。近幾年,隨著對(duì)AGEP的深入研究,在病因、發(fā)病機(jī)制、臨床表現(xiàn)、輔助診斷方法以及治療方面均有一些新進(jìn)展,本文就AGEP的研究新進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Acute generalized exanthematous pustulosism (AGEP) is a severe skin adverse reaction characterized by the rapid occurrence of aseptic pustules on the basis of erythema. In recent years, with the in-depth study of AGEP, there are some new advances in etiology, pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, auxiliary diagnostic methods and treatment.
