【摘要】：患者男,50歲。周身彌漫性丘疹、硬腫10年就診。皮膚科情況:面部、軀干及四肢密集堅(jiān)實(shí)丘疹,皮色至淡黃色,至淡紅色,大部分融合。面部皮膚腫脹、額部增厚明顯,嵴溝明顯,鼻根部皮膚肥厚凸起。皮損組織病理示:鱗狀上皮組織表面輕度角化,皮突延長(zhǎng),真皮淺中層纖維組織增生,真皮淺層黏蛋白明顯增加。阿新蘭染色:陽(yáng)性。診斷:泛發(fā)皮膚型黏液水腫性苔蘚。
[Abstract]:The patient was 50 years old. Diffuse papules around the body, 10 years of scleredema. Dermatology: facial, trunk and limb dense solid papules, skin to pale yellow, to light red, most fusion. Facial skin swelling, frontal thickening, crest sulcus obvious, nasal root skin hypertrophy. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the surface of the squamous epithelium was slightly keratinized, the dermatoid process was prolonged, the fibrous tissue of the superficial and middle dermis was proliferated, and the mucin in the superficial layer of the dermis was obviously increased. Arcinolam staining: positive. Diagnosis: generalized cutaneous mucoid edema lichen.
