【摘要】：目的測(cè)定慢性蕁麻疹(CU)患者血清IgE及其可溶性高親和力受體α鏈(sFcεRIα)的水平,了解CU與IgE及其受體的相關(guān)性。方法分別采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)、免疫散射比濁法和免疫印跡法測(cè)定99例門診CU患者(CU組)和88名無(wú)過(guò)敏史的健康者(對(duì)照組)的血清sFcεRIα和IgE水平、過(guò)敏原、皮膚劃痕試驗(yàn)結(jié)果,比較兩組間的差異,分析CU患者血清sFcεRIα水平與臨床資料之間的相關(guān)性。結(jié)果 CU組的血清sFcεRIα和IgE水平均顯著高于對(duì)照組(P值分別0.01、0.05)。CU患者的血清sFcεRIα與IgE水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)(r=-0.29,P=0.03)。過(guò)敏原與血清sFcεRIα和IgE水平均相關(guān)(r=0.624、0.332,P=3.74×10-8、0.043)。CU患者的血清sFcεRIα和IgE水平與皮膚瘙癢、風(fēng)團(tuán)數(shù)量和大小的評(píng)分總和,以及與病程、年齡和性別均不相關(guān)(P值均0.05)。高水平sFcεRIα(4.974μg/mL)患者皮膚劃痕試驗(yàn)的陽(yáng)性率達(dá)95.2%(20/21)。結(jié)論血清sFcεRIα和IgE水平與CU相關(guān),CU患者的血清sFcεRIα與IgE水平呈負(fù)相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to determine the level of serum IgE and its soluble high affinity receptor alpha chain (sFc RI alpha) in patients with chronic urticaria (CU), and to understand the correlation between CU and IgE and their receptors. Methods 99 cases of CU patients (CU group) and 88 healthy persons without allergy history were determined by immunoblotting and immunoblotting by immunoblotting and immunoblotting respectively. The serum sFc epsilon RI alpha and IgE levels, the allergen and the skin scratch test results were compared between the two groups, and the correlation between the level of serum sFc e RI alpha and the clinical data in the serum of CU patients was analyzed. Results the serum sFc e RI alpha and IgE levels in the CU group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P 0.01,0.05). R=-0.29 (P=0.03). The serum sFc epsilon RI alpha of the allergen and the serum sFc RI alpha and IgE levels (r=0.624,0.332, P=3.74 x 10-8,0.043) and the sum of the scale and size of the skin and the mass and size of the skin were not related to the course of disease, age and sex (all 0.05). The positive rate of scar test was 95.2% (20/21). Conclusion serum levels of sFc e RI alpha and IgE are correlated with CU. CU sFc RI is a negative correlation with IgE level.
