【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,71歲,已婚,教師。包皮多發(fā)贅生物4月余。4個多月前包皮無明顯誘因出現(xiàn)花生米大小增生物,無明顯自覺癥狀,未予重視。增生物呈進(jìn)行性增大、增多、變硬、變黑�；颊呒韧w健,否認(rèn)不潔性行為史。系統(tǒng)檢查未見異常,腹股溝淋巴結(jié)未觸及腫大。皮膚科情況:陰莖右側(cè)包皮近冠狀溝部位見多個黑褐色牛羊角狀增生物,角狀增生物長約2~4.5cm,寬約0.3~1.5cm,境界清楚,質(zhì)地堅硬,表面粗糙、污
[Abstract]:The patient was 71 years old, married and teacher. There was no obvious inducement for the appearance of peanut proliferative substance in the foreskin more than 4 months ago, and there was no obvious conscious symptom and no attention was paid to it. The proliferative substance was gradually enlarged, increased, hardened and blackened. The patient was physically healthy and denied a history of unclean sexual behavior. System examination showed no abnormality, inguinal lymph nodes did not touch swelling. Dermatology: on the right flank of the penis near the coronal sulcus, there are several dark brown cattle and sheep horn hyperplasia, which is about 24.5cm long and about 0.3 cm wide. The boundary is clear, the texture is hard, the surface is rough, and the dirt is dirty.
