【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者男,45歲,農(nóng)民。因銀屑病全身大范圍外用"祖?zhèn)髅胤?(斑蝥研末制成),全身濕冷、意識不清12h,急診入院�；颊叻笏�2h后出現(xiàn)敷藥部位頭皮、軀干、四肢紅斑水皰,表皮剝脫,伴全身灼痛,呼吸急促,自測脈搏100次/min以上,進(jìn)行性加重,無尿,送至當(dāng)?shù)乜h醫(yī)院給予補(bǔ)液治療,癥狀無緩解,當(dāng)?shù)貦z查顯示:T 38℃,BP 0/0mm Hg,P 170次/min,血常規(guī)白細(xì)胞計
[Abstract]:The patient was 45 years old, farmer. Due to psoriasis, the whole body was treated with "ancestral secret recipe" (cantharidae), wet and cold all over the body, not conscious for 12 hours, and admitted to hospital in emergency department. Two hours after the application, the patients appeared blisters in the scalp, trunk, extremities, erythema, skin peeling, searing pain, shortness of breath, self-measuring pulse more than 100 times / min, progressive aggravation, anuria, and being sent to the local county hospital for rehydration treatment. There was no remission in symptoms. Local examination showed that BP 0/0mm HgG P 170 / min, blood routine leucocytometer at 1: 38 鈩，
