【摘要】：患者女,76歲。外陰增生物伴疼痛3個(gè)月。既往有硬化性萎縮性苔蘚病史10余年。皮損組織病理示:角化過(guò)度,角化不全,表皮增生,表皮基底部細(xì)胞向下增生,細(xì)胞排列輕度紊亂,局部可見(jiàn)真皮淺層鱗狀細(xì)胞團(tuán)塊,可見(jiàn)角化不良細(xì)胞及核異型性,真皮乳頭層不等量淋巴細(xì)胞為主浸潤(rùn)。診斷:外陰鱗狀細(xì)胞癌;外陰硬化性萎縮性苔蘚。
[Abstract]:The patient was 76 years old. Vulvar hyperplasia with pain for 3 months. It has a history of sclerosing atrophic lichen for more than 10 years. Histopathology of the lesions showed hyperkeratosis, hypokeratosis, epidermis hyperplasia, epidermal basal cells proliferation downward, cell arrangement slightly disordered, local dermis superficial squamous cell mass, keratosis cells and nuclear dysplasia. The dermal papillary layer was mainly infiltrated by lymphocytes. Diagnosis: vulvar squamous cell carcinoma; vulvar sclerosing atrophic lichen.
