【摘要】：目的評(píng)價(jià)鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏治療掌跖膿皰病的臨床療效及安全性。方法將入選的68例掌跖膿皰病患者隨機(jī)分成兩組,全部予復(fù)方甘草酸苷片口服,治療組同時(shí)外用鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏,對(duì)照組同時(shí)外用鹵米松軟膏,兩組療程均為4周,分別于治療2周和4周后觀察療效,并于治療4周后隨訪。結(jié)果治療2周后,治療組有效率為54.29%,對(duì)照組為30.30%;治療4周后,治療組有效率為80.00%,對(duì)照組為51.52%,兩組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。兩組患者不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為2.86%和6.06%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療結(jié)束后4周隨訪,治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為14.29%,對(duì)照組為41.18%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論鈣泊三醇倍他米松軟膏聯(lián)合復(fù)方甘草酸苷片治療掌跖膿皰病療效好,安全性好。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of calcium betamethasone ointment in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis. Methods Sixty-eight patients with palmoplantar pustulosis were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets orally. The treatment group was treated with calcipotriol betamethasone ointment and the control group was treated with halomethasone ointment for 4 weeks. The curative effect was observed after 2 weeks and 4 weeks, and followed up 4 weeks later. Results after 2 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 54.29 in the treatment group and 30.30 in the control group. After 4 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 80.00in the treatment group and 51.522in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was 2.86% and 6.06%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05). The recurrence rate was 14.29 in the treatment group and 41.18 in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion calcium triglyceride betamethasone ointment combined with compound glycyrrhizin tablets is effective and safe in the treatment of palmoplantar pustulosis.
