毛囊中磺基轉(zhuǎn)移酶活性與局部外用米諾地爾治療雄激素性禿發(fā)療效相關(guān)性研究

【摘要】:目的:用生物標(biāo)志物預(yù)測雄激素性禿發(fā)(AGA)患者的療效。方法:307例AGA患者在脫發(fā)邊緣區(qū)拔取生長期毛發(fā),測量磺基轉(zhuǎn)移酶(SULT 1A1)活性[用吸光度(A)值表示],并詢問患者年齡、脫發(fā)家族史及體重指數(shù)(BMI)。予以2%米諾地爾外用,每日2次,每次1 mL,連續(xù)治療6個月。在基線、治療6個月時進(jìn)行全局照相評估,根據(jù)患者治療前后脫發(fā)面積和程度的變化判斷療效,將患者分為3組,無效組為病情未控制,脫發(fā)繼續(xù)加重;控制組為病情得到控制;改善組為毛發(fā)有再生。結(jié)果:治療6個月后,每例患者測量4根毛發(fā)時,改善組與控制組、無效組之間A值差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,控制組與無效組之間A值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P_(10)=0.000,P_(1-1)=0.028,P_(0-1)=0.702);每例患者測量8根毛發(fā)時,改善組與控制組、無效組之間A值差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義,控制組與無效組之間A值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P_(10)=0.000,P_(1-1)=0.021,P_(0-1)=0.775)。不同療效積分之間的A值差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。A值與性別、年齡、脫發(fā)家族史、BMI、就診時脫發(fā)嚴(yán)重程度和拔取毛發(fā)的部位無相關(guān)性。結(jié)論:檢測SULT 1A1活性可以預(yù)測米諾地爾的療效,4根毛發(fā)的敏感性為83%,特異性為82.6%;8根毛發(fā)的敏感性為83%,特異性為87%。
[Abstract]:Objective: to predict the effect of androgen alopecia (AGA) by biomarkers. Methods three hundred and thirty seven AGA patients were selected from the marginal area of alopecia and the activity of sulfotransferase (SULT1A1) was measured. The age, family history of alopecia and body mass index (BMI) were asked. 2% minoxidil, 2 times a day, 1 mL per day, for 6 months. At baseline, after 6 months of treatment, the patients were assessed by global radiography. According to the changes of the area and degree of alopecia before and after treatment, the patients were divided into 3 groups. The disease was controlled in the control group and hair regeneration was found in the improvement group. Results: after 6 months of treatment, there was a significant difference in A value between the improvement group and the control group, as well as between the ineffective group and the control group, when each patient measured 4 hairs. There was no significant difference in A value between the control group and the ineffective group. There was no significant difference in A value between the control group and the control group. There was no significant difference in A value between the control group and the ineffective group. There was no significant difference in A value between different curative effect scores. There was no correlation between A value and sex, age, family history of alopecia and BMI.There was no correlation between the severity of alopecia and the position of hair extraction. Conclusion: detection of SULT 1A1 activity can predict the curative effect of minodil. The sensitivity of 4 hairs is 83, the specificity is 82. 6 and the sensitivity of 8 hairs is 83. 3 and the specificity is 87.
