【摘要】：正患者男,33歲。因右側(cè)軀干腫脹、硬化3個月于2009年1月6日收住我院�；颊�3個月前勞動后感右上肢疼痛不適,按"肌肉拉傷"對癥治療效果不佳,1周后右上臂皮膚腫脹,胸部皮膚逐漸硬化似皮革樣,體重減輕約4kg,伴胸悶、氣短、呼吸困難�；疾∫詠頍o畏寒發(fā)熱,食欲差,進(jìn)食少,大、小便正常。
[Abstract]:The patient is 33 years old. Due to swelling of the right torso, 3 months of sclerosis was admitted to our hospital on January 6, 2009. After 3 months of labor, the patient felt pain and discomfort in the right upper limb. According to "muscle strain", the skin of the right upper arm was swollen after 1 week of treatment, the skin of the chest gradually hardened like leather, the weight lost about 4 kg, accompanied by chest tightness, shortness of breath and dyspnea. Since the illness no chilling fever, poor appetite, eating less, large, normal urine.
