【摘要】：[目的]探討血管瘤與血管畸形治療的合理方案 [方法]2010年3月至2011年5月我科共收治脈管類疾病共68例,根據(jù)脈管性疾病的生物學(xué)分類指導(dǎo)臨床治療,分別采用口服藥物,硬化劑注射,銅針留置,手術(shù)切除及綜合治療等方法,隨訪2月至1年年,并查閱國內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),探討總結(jié)脈管性疾病治療的合理方案。 [結(jié)果]根據(jù)脈管性疾病的生物學(xué)分類法,針對(duì)不同類型、不同發(fā)展時(shí)期的病變采取相應(yīng)的治療方法,臨床治療效果突出,治愈率高。 [結(jié)論]治療脈管類疾病選擇合適的方法與恰當(dāng)?shù)臅r(shí)機(jī)同等重要；脈管類疾病治療方案應(yīng)提倡個(gè)體化,不應(yīng)忽略聯(lián)合治療；血管瘤治療方案并沒有最佳方案之說,但選擇合適的方法可明顯改善預(yù)后；由于對(duì)血管瘤形成機(jī)制不明,目前尚無針對(duì)性強(qiáng)的藥物或治療方法,目前治療手段均基于臨床實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)而來。
[Abstract]:[objective] to discuss the reasonable treatment of hemangioma and vascular malformation. [methods] from March 2010 to May 2011, 68 cases of vascular diseases were treated in our department. According to the biological classification of vascular diseases, clinical treatment was guided by oral medicine, sclerosing agent injection and copper needle indwelling. Methods of surgical resection and comprehensive treatment were followed up for 2 months to 1 year, and the relevant literatures at home and abroad were consulted to discuss the rational treatment of vascular diseases. [results] according to the biological classification of vascular diseases, the corresponding treatment methods were adopted for different types and different development stages of diseases, the clinical treatment effect was outstanding and the cure rate was high. [conclusion] it is equally important to choose the right method for treating vascular diseases as well as the right timing; the treatment plan for vascular diseases should be individualized and should not be neglected, and there is no optimal treatment for hemangioma. However, choosing appropriate methods can obviously improve the prognosis, because the formation mechanism of hemangioma is not clear, there is no targeted drug or treatment, the current treatment methods are based on clinical experience summary.
