【摘要】：目的:臨床觀察潤燥止癢膠囊聯(lián)合依巴斯汀片口服對老年皮膚瘙癢癥的療效。方法:隨機(jī)將126例符合納入標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的老年具有皮膚瘙癢癥狀的患者分為兩組。其中,治療組66例,給予潤燥止癢膠囊4粒/次,3次/d口服,且每日睡前口服依巴斯汀片10 mg;對照組60例,僅睡前口服依巴斯汀片10 mg;2周1個療程,連用兩個療程后,進(jìn)行臨床療效對比。結(jié)果:治療組57例皮膚瘙癢癥狀明顯減輕,有效率為89.39%,對照組僅42例皮膚瘙癢癥狀明顯減輕,有效率為70.00%,兩組差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:中成藥潤燥止癢膠囊聯(lián)合依巴斯汀口服可以明顯改善老年皮膚瘙癢的癥狀,改善老年患者的生活質(zhì)量,且中成藥物臨床使用方便,副作用少,可以長期服用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the curative effect of Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with Ebastine tablet on senile skin pruritus. Methods: 126 elderly patients with skin pruritus were randomly divided into two groups. Among them, 66 cases in the treatment group were given Runzao Zhiyang capsule 4 capsules / 3 times a day, and 10 mg Ebastine tablets were taken daily before bedtime, while 60 cases in the control group were only given 10 mg Ebastin tablets for 2 weeks before bedtime, after two consecutive courses of treatment. The clinical efficacy was compared. Results: the symptoms of pruritus in 57 cases in the treatment group were obviously alleviated and the effective rate was 89.399.Only 42 cases in the control group were obviously relieved and the effective rate was 70.00.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion: traditional Chinese patent medicine Runzao Zhiyang capsule combined with Ebastine orally can obviously improve the symptoms of senile skin itching and improve the quality of life of elderly patients. The medicine is convenient in clinical use and has less side effects and can be taken for a long time.
