【摘要】：報(bào)告1例色素血管性斑痣性錯構(gòu)瘤病并發(fā)先天性耳前瘺管�；純号�,4個月。面部、軀干及上肢大面積鮮紅斑痣,軀干及下肢大片蒙古斑,皮損以右側(cè)為甚。雙側(cè)外耳耳輪腳前可見直徑約2 mm的瘺管開口。實(shí)驗(yàn)室及輔助檢查:血、尿常規(guī),肝、腎功能,心臟彩超及顱腦CT均正常。診斷:色素血管性斑痣性錯構(gòu)瘤病并發(fā)先天性耳前瘺管。予脈沖染料激光治療1次,目前仍密切隨訪中。
[Abstract]:A case of pigmented vascular nevus hamartoma complicated with congenital preauricular fistula was reported. Child female, 4 months. Face, trunk and upper limb, large area of nevus fresh, torso and lower extremities large Mongolia spot, skin damage to the right. Fistula openings with a diameter of about 2 mm were visible in front of the feet of bilateral external ears. Laboratory and auxiliary examination: blood, urine routine, liver, kidney function, heart color Doppler ultrasound and craniocerebral CT were all normal. Diagnosis: pigmented vascular nevus hamartoma complicated with congenital preauricular fistula. Pulse dye laser treatment was given once, and is still closely followed up.
