【摘要】：梅毒(syphilis)是梅毒螺旋體(Treponema pallidum, TP)引起的一種慢性系統(tǒng)性疾病,在《中華人民共和國傳染病防治法》中列為乙類防治管理的病種,是國境口岸衛(wèi)生檢疫重點監(jiān)測控制的傳染病之一。近年來,全國梅毒報告病例數(shù)明顯增加,流行呈現(xiàn)快速上升趨勢。然而,對出入境人員梅毒監(jiān)測調(diào)查研究資料還欠缺。因此加強(qiáng)出入境人員梅毒的監(jiān)測范圍和監(jiān)測力度,對防止梅毒傳入和傳出、阻斷其傳播和蔓延十分必要。 目的:通過對吉林市2008-2010年出入境人員梅毒監(jiān)測結(jié)果的分析,了解吉林市出入境人群梅毒感染情況,以便監(jiān)測梅毒感染人群動態(tài),為口岸梅毒監(jiān)測和預(yù)防控制提供依據(jù)。 方法:本研究資料來自吉林市2008-2010年出入境人員健康體檢梅毒感染者登記資料。對受檢者血清樣本采取甲苯胺紅不加熱血清試驗(TRUST)和梅毒螺旋體抗體血凝實驗法(TPPA)進(jìn)行梅毒血清學(xué)檢測。數(shù)據(jù)采用SPSS 12.0統(tǒng)計軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計學(xué)分析,采用χ2檢驗對分類變量各組間分布差異進(jìn)行檢驗。 結(jié)果:2008-2010年吉林市出入境人員梅毒感染率為0.82%,明顯高于全國口岸平均水平0.24%。梅毒感染者中男性多于女性,男女比例約為3.34:1,男女梅毒感染水平有顯著差異(P㩳0.01),女性的檢出率顯著高于男性;介于31-50歲的青壯年感染者構(gòu)成比為79.56%;外籍人員梅毒感染率較往年顯著增高。職業(yè)分布以中籍出境勞務(wù)人員和外籍入境商務(wù)人員檢出率最高;地區(qū)分布以外籍人員檢出率最高,吉林市本市構(gòu)成比最高。 結(jié)論:吉林市出入境人員梅毒檢出率明顯高于全國口岸平均水平。梅毒感染者男性多于女性,中籍出境勞務(wù)人員和外籍入境商務(wù)人員檢出率最高。今后應(yīng)加強(qiáng)對出境勞務(wù)人員和入境商務(wù)人員的重點監(jiān)測,積極做好梅毒防治宣傳工作和咨詢工作,提高出入境人員的防病意識,防止梅毒通過國境口岸傳入傳出。
[Abstract]:Syphilis is a kind of chronic systemic disease caused by Treponema pallium (TP). It is listed in the Law of the people's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases, and it is one of the infectious diseases under the key surveillance and control of the frontier port health quarantine. In recent years, the number of syphilis reported cases increased significantly, and the prevalence of syphilis increased rapidly. However, syphilis surveillance investigation and research data of entry-exit personnel are still lacking. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the surveillance scope and intensity of syphilis in entry-exit personnel to prevent the transmission and spread of syphilis. Objective: by analyzing the syphilis surveillance results of entry-exit personnel in Jilin City from 2008 to 2010, we can understand the syphilis infection in the entry-exit population of Jilin City, so as to monitor the dynamics of syphilis infection population and provide the basis for syphilis surveillance and prevention and control at port. Methods: the data of this study were collected from the registration data of syphilis infection among entry-exit personnel in Jilin city from 2008 to 2010. The serum samples of subjects were tested for syphilis by toluidine red unheated serum test (trust) and Treponema pallidum hemagglutination test (TPPA). The data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 statistical software and 蠂 2 test was used to test the distribution difference of the classified variables among groups. Results the syphilis infection rate of entry-exit people in Jilin City from 2008 to 2010 was 0.82, which was significantly higher than the average level of 0.24 in the whole country. The rate of syphilis infection in male was higher than that in female, and the ratio of male to female was about 3.34: 1. There was significant difference in syphilis infection level between male and female. The detection rate of syphilis in female was significantly higher than that in male. The proportion of infected persons aged between 31 and 50 was 79.56, and the infection rate of syphilis among foreigners was significantly higher than that in previous years. The rate of occupation distribution is the highest for Chinese emigrants and foreign business people, the highest is for expatriates, and the highest is for Jilin city. Conclusion: the detection rate of syphilis among entry-exit personnel in Jilin City is obviously higher than the national average level. The prevalence of syphilis infection was higher in male than in female. In the future, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of outbound labor service personnel and inbound business personnel, actively do the propaganda and consultation work on syphilis prevention and cure, improve the consciousness of prevention and cure of disease among the entry-exit personnel, and prevent syphilis from spreading through the border port.
