【摘要】：目的評價(jià)5%咪喹莫特乳膏治療兒童尋常疣的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選的86例尋常疣患兒按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表分成兩組。治療組(39例)每晚睡前予5%咪喹莫特乳膏外搽,6~10h后清洗患處皮膚,每周連續(xù)用5d,停用2d為1個(gè)療程。對照組(47例)予液氮冷凍治療。兩組患者療程均為12周。結(jié)果治療12周后,治療組有效率為64.10%,對照組有效率為80.85%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。治療過程中,治療組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為25.64%,對照組不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率為89.36%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.01)。治療組復(fù)發(fā)率為8.00%,對照組復(fù)發(fā)率為26.32%,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論 5%咪喹莫特乳膏治療兒童尋常疣安全有效,不良反應(yīng)少。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the efficacy and safety of 5% Imiquimod cream in the treatment of children with verruca vulgaris. Methods 86 children with verruca vulgaris were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group (39 cases) were given 5% imiquimod ointment for 10 hours before bedtime. The skin of affected area was cleaned for 5 days every week, and stopped for 2 days as a course of treatment. The control group (n = 47) was treated with liquid nitrogen cryotherapy. The course of treatment was 12 weeks. Results after 12 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 64.10 in the treatment group and 80.85 in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). In the course of treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 25.64 and that in the control group was 89.36. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.01). The recurrence rate was 8.00 in the treatment group and 26.32 in the control group. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion 5% Imiquimod cream is safe and effective in the treatment of children with verruca vulgaris.
