【摘要】：患者女,71歲。下眼瞼多處膚色1~5mm丘疹5年。皮損組織病理示:真皮內(nèi)由透明細(xì)胞組成的條索狀上皮樣腫瘤團(tuán)塊,中央形成管腔,部分呈蝌蚪狀分布。CEA,PAS染色管腔及管內(nèi)容物陽性。診斷:透明細(xì)胞汗管瘤。
[Abstract]:The patient was 71 years old. Lower eyelid multiple skin 1~5mm papules for 5 years. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the lumps of epithelioid tumors in the dermis were composed of clear cells and the lumen formed in the central part of the dermis showed tadpole shaped distribution. CEAPAS staining was positive in the lumen and the contents of the tubules. Diagnosis: hyaline cell schistosoma.
