【摘要】：正患者女,41歲,藏族。因左側(cè)手腕部紅斑、丘疹、水皰伴瘙癢6 d于2011年10月20日來我科就診�；颊咭蚺宕鞔笕~紫檀制成的佛珠手鏈4 d,左手腕關(guān)節(jié)處出現(xiàn)片狀紅斑,伴輕度瘙癢,未給予重視,2 d后在原有紅斑基礎(chǔ)上見散在大量米粒大的丘疹,瘙癢較前明顯,搔抓后,新出綠豆大的散在水皰,界限清楚。既往體健,否認其他物質(zhì)接觸史及過敏史,無家族遺傳病史,月經(jīng)正常。
[Abstract]:The patient is 41 years old, Tibetan. Due to left wrist erythema, papules, blister with pruritus for 6 days on October 20, 2011. For 4 days, the patient showed flake erythema at the left wrist joint, accompanied with mild itching. After 2 days, he was found scattered on the basis of the original erythema. The pruritus was more obvious than before, and after scratching, New mung bean large scattered in the blister, the boundaries are clear. Past physical health, denial of other material contact history and allergic history, no family history of genetic disease, menstruation is normal.
