【摘要】：患者女,75歲,面部起丘疹及結(jié)節(jié)2個(gè)月。見以前額及雙頰部為著的米粒至綠豆大小紅色丘疹及結(jié)節(jié),散在分布膿皰,皮疹呈蝶形分布。皮損組織病理示:表皮基本正常,真皮內(nèi)毛囊周圍見大量類上皮細(xì)胞、淋巴細(xì)胞、多核巨細(xì)胞組成的肉芽腫,無干酪樣壞死�？顾崛旧幮�。診斷:肉芽腫性酒渣鼻。
[Abstract]:The patient was 75 years old with papules and nodules on her face for 2 months. The red papules and nodules in the prefrontal and buccal regions are red papules and nodules, scattered in pustules with a butterfly distribution. The histopathology of the lesions showed that the epidermis was basically normal. A large number of epithelioid cells, lymphocytes and multinucleated giant cells were found around the dermis hair follicles, and there was no caseous necrosis. Acid-fast staining was negative. Diagnosis: granulomatous rosacea.
