【摘要】：目的了解婦產(chǎn)科患者梅毒感染情況,為女性梅毒的防治尤其是孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒防治工作提供參考依據(jù)。方法選取2011-2015年天津市中心婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)院就診的女性患者139 401例作為研究對象(不含新生兒),用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)(ELISA)進(jìn)行血清梅毒抗體篩查,陽性者用梅毒螺旋體抗體明膠凝集試驗(yàn)(TPPA)進(jìn)行確證,兩者均為陽性者認(rèn)為梅毒血清學(xué)陽性,通過快速血漿反應(yīng)素試驗(yàn)(RPR)檢測其效價(jià)。對不同年度、不同年齡段和科室梅毒檢測結(jié)果進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析。結(jié)果共檢出陽性患者1 197例,陽性率0.86%,陽性患者中TPPA陽性RPR效價(jià)陰性者占53.13%,RPR高滴度患者主要為21~30歲年齡組。婦瘤科檢出率最高,產(chǎn)科最低�！�20歲年齡組檢出率最高。近五年本院梅毒陽性檢出率依次為0.80%,0.87%,0.82%,0.80%和1.00%,2011-2014年梅毒陽性檢出率基本相近,2015年明顯升高,與前4年相比差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(χ~2=8.745,P0.01)。結(jié)論梅毒血清學(xué)陽性患者各科室均有檢出,且有年輕化趨勢,2015年產(chǎn)科梅毒檢出率顯著升高,加強(qiáng)年輕女性特別是孕婦梅毒篩查有利于降低梅毒垂直傳播風(fēng)險(xiǎn),進(jìn)而控制梅毒傳播。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the situation of syphilis infection in obstetrics and Gynecology, and to provide reference for the prevention and control of syphilis, especially for pregnant and parturient women. Methods 139401 female patients who had been diagnosed in Tianjin Central Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital for 2011-2015 years were selected as the research object (without newborn), and the sera syphilis was carried out by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Antibody screening, positive patients were confirmed with Treponema pallidum gelatin agglutination test (TPPA). Both were positive for syphilis positive, and the titer was detected by rapid plasma reactivity test (RPR). The results of syphilis detection in different years, different ages and departments were statistically analyzed. 1197 cases of positive patients were detected. The positive rate was 0.86%, the positive TPPA positive RPR titer was 53.13%, the RPR high titer was mainly in the 21~30 age group. The detection rate of the gynecoma was the highest, the obstetrics was the lowest. The positive rate of the age group was the highest in the age group. The positive rate of syphilis in the hospital was 0.80%, 0.87%, 0.82%, 0.80% and 1%, and the positive rate of syphilis positive in 2011-2014 years. The difference between 2015 and the previous 4 years was statistically significant (x ~2=8.745, P0.01). Conclusion the positive rate of syphilis in all departments of Syphilis Serological patients has been detected, and the prevalence of syphilis in obstetrics is significantly higher in 2015. Control the spread of syphilis.
