【摘要】：目的：探討臨床上藥疹的類型及其相關致敏藥物，為今后藥疹的診治工作提供參考。方法:本文對2007年1月至2010年12月4年間我科收治的確診藥疹患者300例進行回顧性分析。結果：300例患者中有82.7％可明確為一種致敏藥物。由青霉素類引起的藥疹共有37例，解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥引起的藥疹共有43例。重癥藥疹共24例，其中由抗癲癇藥及解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥引起的分別有9例及5例�？拱d癇藥引起的藥疹中重癥藥疹占37.5％，治療所需的糖皮質激素控制劑量多為80-120mg/d，病程較長。結論:抗生素類、中藥及中成藥類及解熱鎮(zhèn)痛類藥物是引起藥疹最常見的藥物。引起重癥藥疹的藥物主要為抗癲癇藥及解熱鎮(zhèn)痛藥。糖皮質激素治療與并發(fā)癥的治療是重癥藥疹的關鍵。
[Abstract]:Objective: to explore the clinical types of drug eruption and its related sensitizers, and to provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of drug eruption in the future. Methods: from January 2007 to December 2010, 300 patients with drug eruption were retrospectively analyzed. Results 82.7% of the 300 patients were identified as an sensitizer. There were 37 cases of drug rash caused by penicillin and 43 cases of drug eruption caused by antipyretic and analgesics. There were 24 cases of severe drug eruption, of which 9 cases were caused by antiepileptic drugs and 5 cases by antipyretic analgesics. The drug rash caused by antiepileptic drugs accounted for 37.5%. The controlled dose of glucocorticoid for treatment was 80-120 mg / d and the course of disease was longer. Conclusion: antibiotics, traditional Chinese medicine, traditional Chinese medicine and antipyretic and analgesic drugs are the most common drugs to cause drug rash. The main drugs causing severe drug eruption are antiepileptic and antipyretic analgesics. Glucocorticoid therapy and complications are the key to severe drug eruption.
