【摘要】：目的：探討肛周末梢神經(jīng)離斷術(shù)（AEN）及中藥熏洗外加輔助治療（HFW）慢性肛周濕疹的療效，，為治療慢性肛周濕疹提供較好的治療方法。方法：回顧性分析2011年3月-2012年3月新醫(yī)科大學(xué)第一附屬醫(yī)院肛腸科收治的60例慢性肛周濕疹的患者，隨機(jī)將其分成手術(shù)組30例，保守治療組30例，比較兩組治療前的一般資料，手術(shù)組術(shù)后一周及保守治療組一個(gè)療程后瘙癢緩解程度、皮損恢復(fù)程度，以及9個(gè)月后兩組患者是否仍有明顯瘙癢癥狀及皮損的情況等指標(biāo)。結(jié)果：兩組治療前一般資料比較無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P㧐0.05），手術(shù)組術(shù)后一周的瘙癢緩解程度、皮損恢復(fù)程度較保守治療組一個(gè)療程后的療效好，9個(gè)月后手術(shù)組的患者仍有明顯瘙癢癥狀及皮損的情況較保守治療組的患者情況好，差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P㩳0.05）。結(jié)論：兩種治療方法均可治療慢性肛周濕疹，但肛周末梢神經(jīng)離斷術(shù)緩解瘙癢及皮損恢復(fù)較迅速且療效較好。且術(shù)后不易復(fù)發(fā)。值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of Aen and Chinese herbal fumigation plus auxiliary therapy on chronic perianal eczema in patients with chronic perianal eczema, and to provide a better method for the treatment of chronic perianal eczema. Methods: from March 2011 to March 2012, 60 patients with chronic perianal eczema in the Department of anus and intestine, first affiliated Hospital of New Medical University, were analyzed retrospectively. The patients were randomly divided into operation group (n = 30) and conservative treatment group (n = 30). The general data of the two groups before treatment were compared. The degree of relief of pruritus, the degree of recovery of skin lesions, and whether there were still obvious symptoms of pruritus and lesions in the two groups after one week after operation and one course of treatment in the conservative treatment group were compared. Results: there was no significant difference in general data before treatment between the two groups. The recovery degree of skin lesion was better than that of conservative treatment group after one course of treatment, and the patients in operation group still had obvious pruritus symptoms and lesions after 9 months, which were better than those in conservative treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: both methods can be used to treat chronic perianal eczema. And postoperative recurrence is not easy. It is worth popularizing.
