【摘要】：目的:觀察口服中藥痤瘡2號方聯合IPL治療尋常痤瘡后紅斑的臨床療效,為尋常痤瘡后紅斑尋求一種療效好、副作用少、復發(fā)率低的治療新方法。方法:隨機選取74例門診病例,治療組37例,給予口服中藥痤瘡2號方聯合IPL治療,對照組37例,僅應用IPL治療儀治療。首次治療前(第1天)、第三次治療前(第28天)和末次治療2周后(第56天)分別拍照記錄,根據紅斑顏色、數量、大小、分布情況做出紅斑綜合積分評定,并以紅斑綜合積分減少率作為療效指數評定臨床療效。結果:以第56天評定結果作為最終結果,治療組和對照組的痊愈率分別為37.8%和16.2%,愈顯率分別為83.3%和54.1%,總有效率分別是100%和83.8%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),治療組在紅斑顏色、數量、大小方面的療效均優(yōu)于對照組。治療組和對照組不良反應出現的概率分別為5.41%和13.51%,兩組比較差異無統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),提示兩組不良反應無差異。治療組和對照組的復發(fā)率分別為14.29%和66.67%,兩組比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.05),提示治療組復發(fā)率低。結論:口服中藥痤瘡2號方聯合IPL治療尋常痤瘡后紅斑療效確切,副作用少,復發(fā)率低,使患者恢復自信,進而提高身心健康和生活質量,體現了中醫(yī)中藥的特色和優(yōu)勢,值得進一步推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the clinical effect of Acne No.2 prescription combined with IPL in the treatment of erythema vulgaris after acne vulgaris, and to seek a new method for treating Erythema vulgaris with good curative effect, less side effect and low recurrence rate. Methods: a total of 74 outpatients were randomly selected as treatment group (n = 37) and treated with traditional Chinese medicine acne prescription No. 2 combined with IPL. The control group (n = 37) was treated with IPL only. Before the first day of treatment (day 1), before the third treatment (day 28) and 2 weeks after the last treatment (day 56), they were photographed and evaluated according to the color, quantity, size and distribution of erythema. The reduction rate of erythema integral was used as the curative effect index to evaluate the clinical curative effect. Results: the cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were 37.8% and 16.2%, respectively, and the effective rates were 83.3% and 54.1%, respectively. The total effective rates were 100% and 83.8%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). The effect of quantity and size was better than that of control group. The probability of adverse reactions in the treatment group and the control group were 5.41% and 13.51%, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), indicating that there was no difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups. The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 14.29% and 66.67%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05), indicating that the recurrence rate of the treatment group was low. Conclusion: the treatment of erythema after acne vulgaris by oral acne prescription No. 2 and IPL is effective, with less side effects and low recurrence rate, which can restore the confidence of the patients, improve the physical and mental health and the quality of life, and reflect the characteristics and advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of erythema vulgaris. It is worth further popularizing.
