【摘要】：目的觀察柳烯酸溶液噴霧劑治療體股癬的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選的60例體股癬患者按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為治療組和對(duì)照組,各30例。治療組:給予柳烯酸溶液噴霧劑早、晚各1次外用,對(duì)照組:給予硝酸咪康唑乳膏早、晚各1次外用,兩組患者的療程均為4周。結(jié)果治療4周結(jié)束后,治療組的有效率(90.00%)和真菌清除率(86.67%)均顯著高于對(duì)照組(66.67%和63.33%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。而且兩組患者均未見(jiàn)明顯不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論柳烯酸溶液噴霧劑治療體股癬安全高效,值得臨床選用。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of salenoic acid solution spray in the treatment of tinea corporis. Methods 60 patients with tinea corporis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. In the treatment group, the salenoic acid solution spray was given once each time, while in the control group, the miconazole nitrate cream was given early and late. The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks. Results at the end of 4 weeks, the effective rate and fungal clearance rate of the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group (66.67% and 63.33%, respectively), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). There was no obvious adverse reaction in both groups. Conclusion Salenoic acid solution spray is safe and effective in the treatment of tinea corporis.
