外泌體與皮膚科相關疾病的研究進展

【摘要】:外泌體是一種可由大多數種類細胞分泌的納米級(直徑30~100 nm)囊泡。它不僅是細胞的代謝產物,而且具有在細胞間傳遞信息的生物學功能,可以通過內吞作用、微胞飲作用甚至直接與細胞膜脂質融合等機制被受體細胞攝取。目前有研究發(fā)現,外泌體與變態(tài)反應性疾病、黑素瘤、自身免疫性疾病及傷口愈合等皮膚相關的疾病有很大關系,在各種生理和病理過程中發(fā)揮著重要的生物學作用。該文對外泌體與皮膚科相關疾病的研究進展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Exocrine is a nanoscale (30 ~ 100 nm in diameter) vesicle that can be secreted by most kinds of cells. It is not only the metabolite of cells, but also has the biological function of transmitting information between cells. It can be ingested by receptor cells through endocytosis, microcytosis and even direct fusion with cell membrane lipid. At present, it has been found that the exocrine body is closely related to allergic diseases, melanoma, autoimmune diseases, wound healing and other skin related diseases, and plays an important biological role in various physiological and pathological processes. This article reviews the research progress of external secretion and dermatology related diseases.
