【摘要】：【目的】檢測(cè)慢性蕁麻疹患者外周血中白介素（IL）-17、IL-23表達(dá)水平的變化，探討Th17細(xì)胞在慢性蕁麻疹發(fā)病中的作用。 【方法】采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附試驗(yàn)方法（ELISA）檢測(cè)30例慢性蕁麻疹患者血清中IL-17和IL-23的表達(dá)水平，與30例健康對(duì)照組進(jìn)行比較，并對(duì)這兩個(gè)細(xì)胞因子的相關(guān)性進(jìn)行分析。 【結(jié)果】慢性蕁麻疹患者外周血中IL-17、IL-23的濃度水平分別是（403.43±141.61）pg/ml、（243.52±91.86）pg/ml，而正常對(duì)照組IL-17、IL-23的濃度分別為（58.31±36.32）pg/ml、（36.52±26.21）pg/ml，IL-17、IL-23在慢性蕁麻疹患者組外周血中的表達(dá)水平較正常對(duì)照組顯著升高，差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)，并且慢性蕁麻疹患者外周血中IL-17與IL-23的表達(dá)水平具有明顯相關(guān)性，，呈正相關(guān)。 【結(jié)論】IL-17、IL-23在慢性蕁麻疹患者外周血中高表達(dá)，Th17細(xì)胞在慢性蕁麻疹的發(fā)病中發(fā)揮一定的免疫作用。
[Abstract]:[objective] to detect the expression of IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria and to explore the role of Th17 cells in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria. [methods] the expression levels of IL-17 and IL-23 in 30 patients with chronic urticaria were detected by Elisa and compared with 30 healthy controls, and the correlation between the two cytokines was analyzed. [results] the levels of IL-17 + IL-23 in the peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria were 403.43 鹵141.61g / ml, respectively, 243.52 鹵91.86pg / ml, and those of normal controls were 58.31 鹵36.32 ng / ml, 36.52 鹵26.21pgml / ml / ml, respectively, and the expression of IL-17 IL-23 in the peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria was significantly higher than that of the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), and the expression of IL-17 and IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria was positively correlated. [conclusion] the high expression of IL-17 IL-23 in peripheral blood of patients with chronic urticaria may play an immunological role in the pathogenesis of chronic urticaria.
