【摘要】：報(bào)告1例皮膚上皮樣血管內(nèi)皮瘤�；颊吣�,30歲。左肩背部丘疹和結(jié)節(jié)1年。皮膚科檢查:左肩背部多發(fā)暗紅色丘疹、結(jié)節(jié),質(zhì)中等。皮損組織病理:真皮層見梭形細(xì)胞和上皮樣內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞增生,呈巢狀生長(zhǎng),部分上皮樣內(nèi)皮細(xì)胞可見胞質(zhì)空泡。免疫病理:CD34、CD31、CD99、平滑肌肌動(dòng)蛋白(SMA)和第8因子(FⅧ)相關(guān)抗原表達(dá)陽(yáng)性,S-100蛋白,上皮細(xì)胞膜抗原(EMA)陰性。結(jié)合臨床、組織病理和免疫病理診斷為皮膚上皮樣血管內(nèi)皮瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of cutaneous epithelioid hemangioendothelioma was reported. The patient was 30 years old. Papules and nodules on the left shoulder and back for 1 year. Dermatology examination: multiple dark red papules on the left shoulder and back, nodular, medium quality. Histopathology of lesions: fusiform cells and epithelioid endothelial cells proliferated in the dermis, and some epithelioid endothelial cells showed cytoplasmic vacuoles. The positive expression of S-100 protein and epithelial cell membrane antigen (EMA) were detected by immunopathology: CD34, CD31, CD99, smooth muscle actin (SMA) and factor 8 (F 鈪，
