【摘要】：皮膚真菌與人體皮膚的健康狀態(tài)有著緊密聯(lián)系.本實驗應(yīng)用高通量測序技術(shù)對8名健康白領(lǐng)工作者7處皮膚部位分夏、冬兩季采集得到的樣品進(jìn)行真菌群落組成和結(jié)構(gòu)多樣性研究.應(yīng)用高通量測序得到113 759條有效序列,分屬真菌2個門的99個屬.擔(dān)子菌門(Basidiomycota)的馬拉色菌屬(Malassezia)在各樣品中豐度最高,達(dá)48.2%;在額頭、背部和鼻孔等部位豐度高于其他采樣部位;夏季馬拉色菌在男性樣品中豐度高于女性.其次是念珠菌屬(Candida),在前臂、手背和指縫等部位豐度較高,背部則含量極少;女性樣品中念珠菌豐度夏季遠(yuǎn)高于冬季,而男性中則隨季節(jié)變化比較穩(wěn)定.其他主要皮膚真菌有白粉菌屬(Erysiphe)、枝孢霉菌屬(Cladosporium)、鏈格孢霉屬(Alternaria)和曲霉屬(Aspergillus)等.多樣性分析結(jié)果顯示季節(jié)和皮膚部位是影響皮膚真菌群落組成的兩個主要因素,性別的影響力相對較低.聚類分析結(jié)果表明,受試者自身皮膚真菌群落結(jié)構(gòu)隨季節(jié)變化的差異比同季節(jié)內(nèi)各受試者之間的差異還要大.
[Abstract]:Skin fungi are closely related to the healthy state of human skin. In this study, high-throughput sequencing technique was used to study the community composition and structural diversity of fungi collected from 7 skin parts of 8 healthy white-collar workers in summer and winter. 113,759 effective sequences were obtained by high throughput sequencing, belonging to 99 genera of 2 phylum fungi. Malassezia (Basidiomycota) of basidiomycota had the highest abundance of 48.2 in all samples, higher abundance in forehead, back and nostrils, and higher abundance of Malassezia in male samples in summer than in women. The Candida genus Candida had higher abundance in forearm, back of hand and finger seam, but little content in back. The abundance of Candida in female samples in summer was much higher than that in winter, while that in men was more stable with the seasons. Other major cutaneous fungi include Erysipheus, Cladosporium, Alternaria and Aspergillus. The results of diversity analysis showed that season and skin position were the two main factors affecting the composition of skin fungi community, and the influence of sex was relatively low. The results of cluster analysis showed that the variation of fungal community structure with seasonal variation was greater than that between the subjects in the same season.
