【摘要】：目的:研究?jī)和Ｒ?jiàn)過(guò)敏原種類(lèi)和分布,及其在不同年齡段、不同類(lèi)型過(guò)敏性皮膚病、不同季節(jié)的過(guò)敏性皮膚病患者過(guò)敏原的差異。方法 :采用生物共振技術(shù)對(duì)3 426例兒童過(guò)敏性皮膚病患兒進(jìn)行過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)。結(jié)果:3 426例患者中,過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)結(jié)果陽(yáng)性3 220例(93.99%),其中食入和吸入陽(yáng)性率分別為81.93%和39.75%,混合陽(yáng)性率35.90%;5種過(guò)敏性疾病的食入組陽(yáng)性率分別為78.12%、89.57%、91.49%、91.24%和69.99%,吸入組陽(yáng)性率分別為31.79%、39.05%、58.51%、39.69%、36.29%和39.8%。過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)陽(yáng)性率最高者為異位性皮炎,其次為蕁麻疹、過(guò)敏性紫癜、濕疹及皮炎。雞蛋、牛奶是常見(jiàn)的食物性過(guò)敏原,屋塵和花粉是常見(jiàn)的吸入性過(guò)敏原;隨年齡增長(zhǎng),吸入性過(guò)敏原陽(yáng)性率逐升高,食物性過(guò)敏原較嬰兒期減少;異位性皮炎、蕁麻疹、過(guò)敏性紫癜與過(guò)敏的關(guān)系較濕疹皮炎更為密切,尤其是異位性皮炎;夏秋兩季是兒童過(guò)敏性皮膚病的高發(fā)季節(jié)。結(jié)論 :不同年齡、不同過(guò)敏性皮膚病、不同季節(jié)的過(guò)敏性皮膚病患兒過(guò)敏原分布不同。過(guò)敏原檢測(cè)可為過(guò)敏性皮膚病患兒提供防治依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the types and distribution of common allergens in children, and the differences of allergens in different age groups, different types of allergic dermatosis and different seasons. Methods: the allergen of 3 426 children with allergic dermatosis was detected by biological resonance technique. Results among 3 426 patients, 3 220 were positive in allergen test. The positive rates of ingestion and inhalation were 81.93% and 39.75, respectively. The positive rates of the mixed positive rate of 35.90g and 35.90g were 78.1212, 89.57, 51.24% and 69.99%, respectively. The positive rates of inhaled group were 31.795.58.511and 39.69%, respectively. The positive rate of inhaling group was 36.29% and 39.88%, respectively. The highest positive rate of allergen was ectopic dermatitis, followed by urticaria, Henoch-Schonlein purpura, eczema and dermatitis. Eggs and milk are common food allergens, house dust and pollen are common inhaled allergens; with age, the positive rate of inhaled allergens increases gradually, and food allergens decrease compared with infancy; ectopic dermatitis, urticaria, urticaria, ectopic dermatitis, urticaria, ectopic dermatitis, urticaria, ectopic dermatitis, urticaria, The relationship between allergic purpura and hypersensitivity is more close than eczema dermatitis, especially ectopic dermatitis. Conclusion: the distribution of allergens in children with allergic dermatosis is different in different ages, different allergic dermatoses and different seasons. Allergen detection can provide evidence for prevention and treatment of allergic dermatosis.
