【摘要】：目的觀察鹽酸美他環(huán)素聯(lián)合丹參酮治療面部輕中度尋常痤瘡的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選的200例患者按隨機數(shù)字表法分為兩組,全部患者口服丹參酮,治療組還同時口服鹽酸美他環(huán)素,療程均為6周,比較兩組患者的臨床療效。結(jié)果治療6周后,治療組脫落2例,有效率77.55%;對照組脫落3例,有效率62.89%,兩組患者的療效差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。兩組患者都未出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論鹽酸美他環(huán)素聯(lián)合丹參酮治療面部輕、中度尋常痤瘡療效較好,不良反應(yīng)輕微。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of metacycline hydrochloride combined with tanshinone in the treatment of mild to moderate acne vulgaris. Methods 200 patients were randomly divided into two groups. All patients were treated with tanshinone and the patients in the treatment group were treated with methacycline hydrochloride for 6 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results after 6 weeks of treatment, 2 patients in the treatment group lost 2 cases, the effective rate was 77.555.The control group lost 3 cases, the effective rate was 62.89.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P 0.05). There were no serious adverse reactions in either group. Conclusion Metacycline hydrochloride combined with tanshinone is effective in the treatment of mild and moderate acne vulgaris.
