【摘要】：正腋臭是一種常見的、多發(fā)的皮膚汗腺疾病,無論何種手術(shù)方法都可能出現(xiàn)血腫、切口愈合不良、皮膚壞死,留有明顯瘢痕和療效差等缺點。2004年6月一2011年11月,作者采用小切口大汗腺修剪術(shù)治療腋臭,取得良好的臨床效果,現(xiàn)報告如下。1資料與方法1.1一般資料收集雙側(cè)罹患腋臭患者210例,男98例,女112例,男:女=1:1.14;年齡14~39歲,平均年齡24.5歲;有家族遺傳史者168例,無遺傳史者20例,遺傳史不詳者22例:經(jīng)其他治療無效或療效差者18例(搔刮術(shù)4例、藥物注射7例、激光或電灼治療7
[Abstract]:Positive axillary odour is a common, multiple skin sweat gland disease, no matter what surgical methods may appear hematoma, incision healing poor, skin necrosis, leaving clear scars and poor curative effect and other shortcomings. June 2004 to November 2011, The authors reported the following data and methods 1.1. 210 patients (98 males, 112 females, 1: 1: 1.14; age 1439 years old) with axillary osmidrosis were treated with small incision hyperhidrosis pruning technique, and the results were as follows: 1. 1. 1 data and 1. 1. 1. 1 general data collected from 210 patients with bilateral axillary osmidrosis, including 98 males, 112 females, male: 1: 1.14; The average age was 24.5 years old, 168 cases had family genetic history, 20 cases had no genetic history, 22 cases had unknown genetic history, 18 cases (4 cases of curettage, 7 cases of drug injection, 7 cases of laser or electrocautery) were ineffective or ineffective after other treatment.
