【摘要】: 目的 利用Biolog微生物自動(dòng)分析系統(tǒng)建立常見(jiàn)皮膚癬菌的鑒定數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),探討該系統(tǒng)鑒定皮膚癬菌的應(yīng)用前景。 方法 采用表型及DNA測(cè)序的方法,將臨床收集的菌株鑒定至種;選取紅色毛癬菌、須癬毛癬菌、斷發(fā)毛癬菌、犬小孢子菌、石膏樣小孢子菌和絮狀表皮癬菌6種常見(jiàn)皮膚癬菌接種于FF微量板,記錄皮膚癬菌對(duì)95種不同碳源的利用情況,描述其各自的生長(zhǎng)反應(yīng)譜,建立鑒定數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)。 結(jié)果 6種皮膚癬菌對(duì)一些碳源的利用具有明顯的差別,通過(guò)是否利用棉子糖可以將須癬毛癬菌、斷發(fā)毛癬菌同其它4種皮膚癬菌進(jìn)行區(qū)分;而葵二酸可以區(qū)分須癬毛癬菌、斷發(fā)毛癬菌;通過(guò)延胡索酸和琥珀酸可以將紅色毛癬菌同石膏樣小孢子菌、絮狀表皮癬菌和犬小孢子菌進(jìn)行區(qū)分;通過(guò)是否利用丙氨酸和苯丙氨酸可以對(duì)石膏樣小孢子菌進(jìn)行鑒定。而糊精的利用可以區(qū)分絮狀表皮癬菌和犬小孢子菌。 結(jié)論 Biolog微生物鑒定系統(tǒng)采用一種特殊的表型鑒定方法,可以對(duì)常見(jiàn)皮膚癬菌進(jìn)行鑒定,初步推測(cè)該系統(tǒng)在皮膚癬菌鑒定中的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:Purpose The identification database of common dermatophytes was established by Biolog microorganism automatic analysis system, and the application prospect of this system was discussed. Method The clinical collected strains were identified to species by phenotype and DNA sequencing, and Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton rubrum, Trichophyton punctatus, Microspora canis were selected. Six common dermatophytes were inoculated on FF microplate to record the utilization of 95 different carbon sources, to describe their growth response spectra, and to establish the identification database. Result There are significant differences in the utilization of some carbon sources among the 6 species of dermatophytes, which can be distinguished from the other four species of Trichophyton dermatophytes by the use of gossypids, while the sundiacid can distinguish the Trichophyton trichophyton from other four species of Trichophyton dermatophytes. Through fumaric acid and succinic acid, Trichophyton rubrum can be distinguished from microsporum gypsum, Trichophyton flocculata and microsporum canis. Whether alanine and phenylalanine can be used to identify microsporum gypsum. The use of dextrin can distinguish between Trichophyton flocculata and microsporum canis. Conclusion Biolog microbial identification system used a special phenotypic identification method to identify common dermatophytes and preliminarily speculated the application prospect of this system in dermatophytes identification.
