【摘要】：目的:觀察強脈沖光(intense pulsed light,IPL)結(jié)合氨基乙酰丙酸(aminolevulinic acid,ALA)-光動力療法(photodynamic therapy,PDT)治療炎癥性痤瘡的療效及安全性。方法:選取10名中重度炎癥性痤瘡患者,左右側(cè)面部隨機分為治療側(cè)(IPL結(jié)合ALA-PDT治療)及對照側(cè)(單純IPL治療),共治療3次,治療間隔時間4周。治療結(jié)束后,由醫(yī)生及受試者進(jìn)行主觀評價;應(yīng)用非創(chuàng)傷性儀器檢測皮膚亮度(lightness,L值)、皮脂含量及角質(zhì)層含水量。結(jié)果:治療側(cè)與對照側(cè)皮損消退率分別為74.3%和49.6%,有效率80.0%和50.0%,滿意率80%和30%。治療側(cè)L值顯著升高(P0.05),皮脂含量顯著減少(P0.05)。兩種治療對角質(zhì)層含水量均無顯著影響。副作用包括短暫且可耐受的輕微紅腫、發(fā)熱或局部刺痛感。結(jié)論:I PL結(jié)合ALA-PDT治療炎癥性痤瘡療效好,副作用小。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the efficacy and safety of intense pulse pulsed (pulsed) combined with aminolevulinic acidic acid (ALA-PDT) in the treatment of inflammatory acne. Methods: ten patients with moderate and severe inflammatory acne were randomly divided into two groups: the treated side was treated with ALA-PDT and the control side (treated with IPL alone) for 3 times. The interval between treatment and treatment was 4 weeks. After treatment, the subjective evaluation was carried out by doctors and subjects, and the skin brightness lightnessl value, sebum content and cuticle water content were measured by non-traumatic instrument. Results: the receding rate of skin lesions in the treatment side and the control side was 74.3% and 49.6%, the effective rate was 80.0% and 50.0%, and the satisfaction rate was 80% and 30%. The L value of the treated side increased significantly (P 0.05), and the sebum content decreased significantly (P 0.05). The two treatments had no significant effect on the water content of cuticle. Side effects include transient and tolerable mild redness, fever, or local tingling. Conclusion the treatment of inflammatory acne with ALA-PDT combined with 1: I PL has good curative effect and little side effect.
