【摘要】：報(bào)告1例穿通型毛母質(zhì)瘤�；颊吲�,58歲。頸部右側(cè)一質(zhì)硬性結(jié)節(jié)伴輕度瘙癢1年余。皮膚科檢查:頸部右側(cè)一大約1 cm×1 cm的圓形質(zhì)硬結(jié)節(jié),邊界清楚,表面附有黑褐色痂。手術(shù)切除后行皮損組織病理學(xué)檢查:真皮可見由嗜堿性細(xì)胞、過渡細(xì)胞及影細(xì)胞組成的腫瘤團(tuán)塊,并與表皮相通。結(jié)合臨床及病理表現(xiàn)診斷為穿通型毛母質(zhì)瘤。
[Abstract]:A case of perforating hair matrix tumor was reported.The patient was 58 years old.A hard nodule on the right side of the neck with mild pruritus for more than 1 year.Dermatology examination: a round hard nodule about 1 cm 脳 1 cm on the right side of the neck with a clear border and a dark brown callus on the surface.Histopathological examination was performed after excision: the dermis showed a tumor mass consisting of basophilic cells transitional cells and shadow cells and connected with the epidermis.Combined with clinical and pathological findings, it was diagnosed as perforated hair matrix tumor.
