【摘要】：目的觀察中藥癢疹方聯(lián)合卡泊三醇軟膏和鹵米松乳膏治療結(jié)節(jié)性癢疹的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選的87例結(jié)節(jié)性癢疹患者隨機(jī)分為3組,各29例。全部患者日煎1劑中藥癢疹方(組分:生地、土茯苓和蒺藜各30g,金銀藤15g,荊芥、防風(fēng)、紅花、赤芍、三棱和莪術(shù)各10g)分早、晚服用。另外,治療組每日早、晚各1次外搽卡泊三醇軟膏,對(duì)照組每日早、晚各1次外搽鹵米松乳膏,聯(lián)合治療組每日晨外搽卡泊三醇軟膏1次,晚間外搽鹵米松乳膏0.5h后再外用卡泊三醇軟膏1次。治療4周后判定療效,治療結(jié)束后隨訪2個(gè)月。結(jié)果治療4周后,3組患者的結(jié)節(jié)數(shù)目、瘙癢程度和皮損積分均優(yōu)于其治療前,且聯(lián)合治療組均低于對(duì)照組和治療組,聯(lián)合治療組有效率(75.86%)高于對(duì)照組(62.07%)和治療組(51.72%),差異均有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P均0.05)。三組患者均無(wú)不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)論中藥癢疹方聯(lián)合卡泊三醇軟膏和鹵米松乳膏治療結(jié)節(jié)性癢疹療效顯著,無(wú)不良反應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the clinical efficacy and safety of prurigo decoction combined with carpotriol ointment and halomethasone cream in the treatment of prurigo nodosum.Methods 87 patients with prurigo nodule were randomly divided into 3 groups, 29 cases each.All patients were treated with 1 dose of prurigo recipe (30 g each, 30 g each, 15 g of honeysuckle, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony, 10 g of red peony and 10 g of zedoary curcuma).In addition, the treatment group was treated with carpotriol ointment once a day, the control group was treated with halomethasone cream once a day, the control group was treated with carpotriol ointment once a day, and the control group was treated with carpotriol ointment once a day.Apply halomisone cream 0.5 h later, then use carpotriol ointment once.The curative effect was evaluated after 4 weeks and followed up for 2 months after treatment.Results after 4 weeks of treatment, the number of nodules, the degree of pruritus and the score of skin lesion in the three groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the control group and the treatment group.The effective rate of the combined treatment group (75.86) was higher than that of the control group (62.07%) and the treatment group (51.722%). The difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).There were no adverse reactions in all three groups.Conclusion the curative effect of prurigo decoction combined with carpotriol ointment and halomethasone cream on prurigo nodosum is remarkable and there is no adverse reaction.
