【摘要】：目的:研究病灶廣泛切除聯(lián)合皮片郵票移植治療肛周化膿性汗腺炎臨床效果。方法:對(duì)近年來我院收治的11例行病灶廣泛切除聯(lián)合皮片郵票移植治療的化膿性汗腺炎患者進(jìn)行回顧性研究。結(jié)果:11例患者均順利完成手術(shù),住院時(shí)間5-8d,平均(6.55±1.04)d,愈合時(shí)間13-18d,平均(16.18±1.60)d,術(shù)后隨訪1年,無1例復(fù)發(fā)。結(jié)論:病灶廣泛切除聯(lián)合皮片郵票移植治療肛周化膿性汗腺炎具有愈合時(shí)間短、創(chuàng)傷小、復(fù)發(fā)率低、且節(jié)約皮源的優(yōu)勢(shì),值得臨床推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the clinical effect of extensive excision combined with skin stamp transplantation in the treatment of perianal suppurative sweattis.Methods: a retrospective study was conducted on 11 patients with suppurative sweattitis treated with extensive excision and skin stamp transplantation in our hospital in recent years.Results the operation was successfully completed in 11 cases. The hospitalization time was 5-8 days, the average time was 6.55 鹵1.04 days, the healing time was 13-18 days, and the average time was 16.18 鹵1.60 days.Conclusion: extensive excision combined with skin stamp transplantation in the treatment of perianal suppurative sweattitis has the advantages of short healing time, small trauma, low recurrence rate, and saving skin source, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
