【摘要】：目的 :分析小汗腺汗孔瘤的臨床及組織病理特點(diǎn)。方法 :對(duì)第四軍醫(yī)大學(xué)2003年4月—2014年11月由組織病理確診的83例小汗腺汗孔瘤臨床及病理特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行回顧性分析。結(jié)果:83例患者中,男48例,女35例,平均年齡(52.75±1.73)歲,皮損好發(fā)于四肢末端及頭面部。臨床表現(xiàn)多為紅色或淡紅色丘疹、結(jié)節(jié)及疣狀贅生物。結(jié)論:小汗腺汗孔瘤臨床表現(xiàn)多樣,首診易被誤診為化膿性肉芽腫、疣、脂溢性角化病、血管瘤等疾病,確診依靠組織病理檢查,皮損組織病理特點(diǎn)為嗜堿性小立方形細(xì)胞增生,腫瘤內(nèi)可見(jiàn)有護(hù)膜的向管腔分化的結(jié)構(gòu)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to analyze the clinical and histopathological features of eccrine sweat poroma.Methods: the clinical and pathological features of 83 cases of eccrine sweat gland poroma diagnosed by histopathology from April 2003 to November 2014 in the fourth military Medical University were retrospectively analyzed.Results among 83 cases, 48 cases were male and 35 cases were female. The average age was 52.75 鹵1.73 years old.Clinical manifestations are mostly red or reddish papules, nodules and verrucous vegetations.Conclusion: the clinical manifestations of eccrine sweat poroma are various. The first diagnosis is easily misdiagnosed as suppurative granuloma, warts, seborrheic keratosis, hemangioma and so on. The diagnosis depends on histopathological examination.The histopathological features of the lesions were basophilic small square cell proliferation, and the structure of the protective membrane differentiated into the lumen of the tumor.
