【摘要】：目的探討貴州省預(yù)防梅毒母嬰傳播的效果。方法隨機抽取26個縣(市、區(qū)),回顧性分析2012-2014年孕產(chǎn)婦中梅毒檢測、梅毒感染孕產(chǎn)婦和所生兒童的抗梅毒治療及干預(yù)結(jié)局。結(jié)果 2012-2014年,26個抽樣縣孕產(chǎn)婦梅毒檢測率、確診梅毒感染孕產(chǎn)婦數(shù)及陽性率分別從87.32%、255人、1.62‰增加至95.62%、426人、2.42‰(P0.001);梅毒感染孕產(chǎn)婦規(guī)范治療率及所生嬰兒預(yù)防性治療率從30.43%、70.60%增加至37.94%、83.30%(P0.05);不良妊娠結(jié)局發(fā)生率和梅毒母嬰傳播率從7.84%、6.24%下降至6.10%、4.77%(P0.05)。結(jié)論預(yù)防梅毒母嬰傳播效果顯著,但尚需加強對薄弱環(huán)節(jié)的研究。
