【摘要】：正患者男,39歲。因四肢遠(yuǎn)端反復(fù)紅斑、鱗屑9年,膿皰5年,左足、雙手畸形2年,于2012年5月就診。患者于9年前無明顯誘因,雙下肢遠(yuǎn)端出現(xiàn)紅色斑疹,伴有大量鱗屑,無自覺癥狀,就診于當(dāng)?shù)蒯t(yī)院,診斷為銀屑病。皮疹遷延不愈,冬重夏輕,未正規(guī)治療,皮損逐漸蔓延至膝關(guān)節(jié),5年前因在某診所外用中藥偏方,原有皮疹加重,并在原皮損表面出現(xiàn)大量膿皰,皮損新舊更迭,偶有發(fā)熱。曾就診于某大醫(yī)院,經(jīng)2次取膿皰液細(xì)菌培養(yǎng),結(jié)果均為陰性,進(jìn)一步行皮損組
[Abstract]:The patient is 39 years old.Due to recurrent erythema of the distal extremities, 9 years of scales, 5 years of pustules, 2 years of left foot and 2 years of deformity of both hands, the patient was treated in May 2012.The patient had no obvious inducement 9 years ago, red erythema appeared at the distal end of both lower limbs, accompanied by a large number of scales, no conscious symptoms, and was diagnosed as psoriasis in a local hospital.Skin rash is delayed, winter is heavy, summer is light, not regular treatment, skin lesion spreads to knee joint gradually, 5 years ago because in a clinic external use Chinese medicine partial prescription, original rash aggravation, and appear a large number of pustules on the surface of original skin lesion, new and old change of skin damage, occasionally have fever.Once visited in a large hospital, the bacteria were cultured twice in pustular fluid. The results were all negative, and the skin lesions were further performed.
