【摘要】：目的:探究常規(guī)劑量氯雷他定對(duì)硫酸鎳陽(yáng)性皮膚斑貼試驗(yàn)的影響。 方法:采用隨機(jī)、雙盲、對(duì)照方法,121個(gè)硫酸鎳過(guò)敏的患者隨機(jī)分為兩組,一組61患者口服氯雷他定片10mg qd ,連續(xù)14天,另一組60患者口服安慰劑1片qd ,連續(xù)14天。在服藥后第11天進(jìn)行斑貼試驗(yàn),在服藥后第14天判讀斑貼試驗(yàn)結(jié)果。數(shù)據(jù)分析在意向性分析人群進(jìn)行。 結(jié)果:試驗(yàn)組有55例患者斑貼試驗(yàn)反應(yīng)程度沒(méi)有改變,對(duì)照組有53例患者斑貼試驗(yàn)反應(yīng)程度沒(méi)有改變,兩組結(jié)果差異沒(méi)有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義。 結(jié)論:常規(guī)劑量氯雷他定對(duì)硫酸鎳陽(yáng)性皮膚斑貼試驗(yàn)反應(yīng)程度抑制作用有限。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of routine dose of loratadine on nickel sulfate positive skin patch test.Methods: one hundred and twenty-one patients with nickel sulfate allergy were randomly divided into two groups: one group (61 patients) was given 10mg QD for 14 days, the other 60 patients received placebo (QD) for 14 days.Spot patch test was carried out on the 11th day after taking the drug and the results were interpreted on the 14th day after taking the medicine.Data analysis was conducted in intentionality analysis.Results: there were 55 patients in the test group and 53 patients in the control group who had no change in the reaction degree of patch test. The difference between the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion: the conventional dose of loratadine has limited inhibitory effect on nickel sulfate positive skin patch test.
