【摘要】：正1臨床資料患者女,34歲。因左側(cè)頸、肩部及雙上肢伸側(cè)出現(xiàn)結(jié)節(jié)并逐漸增多伴疼痛34年,加重1年就診�；颊呱蠹窗l(fā)現(xiàn)左側(cè)頸部2個(gè)米粒大小的結(jié)節(jié),未引起重視。此后29年,左側(cè)頸部小結(jié)節(jié)漸增至黃豆大,時(shí)有自發(fā)性疼痛,左肩部及雙上肢伸側(cè)相繼出現(xiàn)百余個(gè)皮色至紅褐色梭形小結(jié)節(jié),有擠壓痛。近5年皮損數(shù)量及大小無(wú)明顯變化。近1年左側(cè)頸部2個(gè)小結(jié)節(jié)自發(fā)性疼痛強(qiáng)度及發(fā)生頻率明顯加劇,尤以冬
[Abstract]:The patient was 34 years old in clinical data. The nodule appeared in the left neck, shoulder and upper extremity and gradually increased with pain for 34 years. After 29 years, the small nodule in the left neck gradually increased to a large soybean, with spontaneous pain, and more than 100 small nodules appeared in the left shoulder and the extending side of the upper limbs, ranging from reddish brown to fusiform. The number and size of skin lesions had no obvious change in the past 5 years. The intensity and frequency of spontaneous pain in 2 small nodules of the left neck increased significantly in the past 1 year, especially in winter
