【摘要】：目的探討SLP-2在皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的表達(dá)及其與臨床病理參數(shù)間的相關(guān)性。方法免疫組織化學(xué)法觀察50例皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌和30例脂溢性角化病組織蠟片中SLP-2的表達(dá),分析SLP-2蛋白的表達(dá)與皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌臨床病理變量之間的關(guān)系。結(jié)果 SLP-2蛋白在脂溢性角化、皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌中的陽(yáng)性表達(dá)率分別為6.67%和74.00%。SLP-2蛋白的表達(dá)與皮膚鱗癌的病理分級(jí)、臨床分期及淋巴結(jié)轉(zhuǎn)移密切相關(guān)。結(jié)論 SLP-2蛋白的過(guò)表達(dá)可能與皮膚鱗狀細(xì)胞癌的發(fā)生發(fā)展密切相關(guān)。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the expression of SLP-2 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) and its correlation with clinicopathological parameters.Methods the expression of SLP-2 in paraffin tablets of 50 cases of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma and 30 cases of seborrheic keratosis was observed by immunohistochemical method. The relationship between the expression of SLP-2 protein and clinicopathological variables of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma was analyzed.Results the positive expression rates of SLP-2 protein in seborrheic keratosis and cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma were 6.67% and 6.67%, respectively. The expression of 74.00%.SLP-2 protein was closely related to the pathological grade, clinical stage and lymph node metastasis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion overexpression of SLP-2 protein may be closely related to the occurrence and development of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma.
