【摘要】：目的:探討低危型人乳頭瘤病毒(HPV6、HPV11)所致尖銳濕疣皮損中CXCL12和E-cadherin的表達(dá)及意義。方法:從尖銳濕疣標(biāo)本中篩選出低危型HPV6、HPV11感染的標(biāo)本,以正常包皮內(nèi)板組織為對(duì)照,采用實(shí)時(shí)熒光定量PCR方法檢測(cè)CXCL12和E-cadherin在兩組標(biāo)本中的表達(dá)。結(jié)果:由低危型HPV感染所致的皮損內(nèi),CXCL12表達(dá)下調(diào),下調(diào)倍數(shù)20.23倍(P=0.001);E-cadherin表達(dá)上調(diào),上調(diào)倍數(shù)3.129(P0.05)。結(jié)論:CXCL12在低危型HPV感染皮損中低表達(dá),E-cadherin呈上調(diào)趨勢(shì),可能與HPV抑制局部免疫應(yīng)答及改變朗格漢斯細(xì)胞與角質(zhì)形成細(xì)胞之間黏附有關(guān),可能在HPV的持續(xù)感染和尖銳濕疣的復(fù)發(fā)機(jī)制中起重要作用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression and significance of CXCL12 and E-cadherin in lesions of condyloma acuminatum caused by low risk human papillomavirus (HPV6).Methods: low risk HPV6 HPV11 infected specimens were selected from condyloma acuminatum specimens. The expression of CXCL12 and E-cadherin in the two groups was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR with normal prepuce inner plate as control.Results: the expression of CXCL12 was down-regulated in the lesions caused by low-risk HPV infection, and the down-regulation was 20.23 times. The expression of E-cadherin was up-regulated by 3.129% (P 0.05).Conclusion the low expression of E-cadherin in low risk HPV infected skin lesions may be related to the inhibition of local immune response by HPV and the change of adhesion between Langerhans cells and keratinocytes.It may play an important role in the mechanism of persistent infection of HPV and recurrence of condyloma acuminatum.
