【摘要】：目的觀察0.1%苯扎氯銨溶液治療念珠菌間擦疹的臨床療效和安全性。方法將入選的228例念珠菌間擦疹患者按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組,各114例。治療組予0.1%苯扎氯銨溶液濕敷,對(duì)照組予2%酮康唑乳膏外搽,療程均為7天。結(jié)果治療組和對(duì)照組有效率分別為90.82%和82.29%,差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),其不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率分別為0和5.21%,差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論0.1%苯扎氯銨溶液濕敷可用于治療念珠菌間擦疹,且安全性高。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the efficacy and safety of 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution in the treatment of candidiasis.Methods 228 patients with erasma candida were randomly divided into two groups, 114 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution and the control group with 2% ketoconazole cream for 7 days.Results the effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 90.82% and 82.29, respectively. The difference was not statistically significant (P 0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 0 and 5.21, respectively. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the wet compress of 0.1% benzalkonium chloride solution can be used in the treatment of candida rashes with high safety.
