【摘要】：背景:嬰幼兒血管瘤是一種常見的血管性腫瘤,雖然國(guó)內(nèi)外對(duì)其研究越來越深入,但其發(fā)生發(fā)展仍無法預(yù)知,本文重在探討治療嬰幼兒血管瘤的方法。 方法:采用手術(shù)治療,瘤內(nèi)藥物注射治療,瘤內(nèi)藥物注射及手術(shù)聯(lián)合治療嬰幼兒血管瘤271例,并評(píng)價(jià)療效。 結(jié)果:患兒男女比為1:1.56。81.18%的患兒在出生一個(gè)月內(nèi)發(fā)病。最常發(fā)生的部位是頭面頸部(50.55%)。手術(shù)治療最常見的并發(fā)癥是血管瘤復(fù)發(fā)(4.43%),瘤內(nèi)藥物注射常見副反應(yīng)為瘤體腫脹褪色(22.14%)�；純浩骄挲g為8.43月,血管瘤瘤體面積均值為23.64cm2。淺表型血管瘤療效評(píng)價(jià)最高,治愈率為95.65%。1歲以內(nèi)接受治療的嬰兒,對(duì)治療的反應(yīng)優(yōu)于年長(zhǎng)的患兒。 討論:手術(shù)、瘤內(nèi)藥物注射兩種方法聯(lián)合應(yīng)用對(duì)治療嬰幼兒血管瘤療效最佳。根據(jù)血管瘤生長(zhǎng)部位、類型及分期等多種因素選擇綜合治療方法,提高治療效果及患兒家屬滿意度。
[Abstract]:Background: infantile hemangioma is a common vascular tumor. Although more and more research has been done on it at home and abroad, its occurrence and development are still unpredictable. This paper focuses on the treatment of infantile hemangioma. Methods: 271 cases of infantile hemangioma were treated with surgical treatment, intratumoral drug injection, intratumor injection and surgery. Results: 1: 1.56.81.18% of the children were born within one month. The most common site was head, face and neck, 50.555.The most common complication in surgical treatment was the recurrence of hemangioma (4.43%), and the common side effect of intratumoral drug injection was tumor swelling. The average age of the children was 8.43 months. The mean area of hemangioma was 23.64cm2.The curative effect of superficial hemangioma was the highest, and the cure rate was 95.65.1 years old. Discussion: the combination of operation and intratumoral drug injection is the best in the treatment of infantile hemangioma. According to various factors, such as the location, type and stage of hemangioma, the comprehensive treatment method is selected. To improve the therapeutic effect and the satisfaction of the children's family.
