【摘要】：目的評價5-氨基酮戊酸光動力療法(5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)聯(lián)合氬離子束凝固術(shù)(argon plasma coagulation,APC)治療肛周巨大尖銳濕疣(giant condyloma acuminata,GCA)的臨床療效及安全性。方法將入選的90例肛周GCA患者采用簡單隨機方法分為治療組及對照組,每組45例,全部患者予APC去除可見疣體,1周后治療組患者(45例)采用ALA-PDT治療,1次/周,連續(xù)3周。治療結(jié)束后兩組患者均隨訪6個月。結(jié)果隨訪結(jié)束時,治療組臨床痊愈41例,復(fù)發(fā)4例,復(fù)發(fā)率9.76%;對照組臨床痊愈34例,復(fù)發(fā)11例,復(fù)發(fā)率32.35%,兩組復(fù)發(fā)率比較:差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P均0.05),即治療組的臨床療效明顯優(yōu)于對照組。結(jié)論 ALA-PDT聯(lián)合APC治療肛周GCA療效確切,治愈率高,復(fù)發(fā)率低。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy (5-aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapeutic ALA-PDT) combined with argon ion beam coagulation (argon plasma coagulation) in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminata. Methods 90 patients with perianal GCA were enrolled in this study. Methods randomly divided into treatment group and control group. 45 patients in each group were treated with APC for 1 week. 45 patients in the treatment group were treated with ALA-PDT once a week for 3 weeks. All the patients in the two groups were followed up for 6 months. Results 41 cases were cured in the treatment group at the end of follow-up. In the control group, 34 cases were cured, 11 cases recurred. The recurrence rate of the two groups was 32.35. The difference was statistically significant (P 0.05), that is, the clinical effect of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group. Conclusion the curative effect of ALA-PDT combined with APC on perianal GCA is definite, the cure rate is high, and the recurrence rate is low.
