【摘要】：正患兒女,7歲。主訴:左足拇趾甲下結(jié)節(jié)半年�，F(xiàn)病史:半年前左足拇趾遠(yuǎn)端被砸傷后甲下漸出現(xiàn)一膚色結(jié)節(jié)、質(zhì)硬,皮損漸增大,趾甲漸被頂起,初起時(shí)無(wú)明顯自覺癥狀,近期觸碰或擠壓皮損時(shí)疼痛明顯。既往史、個(gè)人史、家族史:平素體健,父母非近親結(jié)婚,家族成員中無(wú)類似患者。
[Abstract]:The child is 7 years old. The main complaint is: the left foot is under the big nail nodule half a year. The present history: half a year ago, after the distal end of the left foot big toe was smashed, the subnail gradually appeared a skin color nodule, hard, the skin damage gradually increased, the toenail gradually was lifted up, at the beginning there was no obvious conscious symptom. The pain was obvious when touching or squeezing the lesions recently. Previous history, personal history, family history: plain physical health, parents married non-relatives, no similar family members of patients.
