【摘要】：目的:采用紅藍(lán)光照射聯(lián)合西黃膠囊治療面部中重度痤瘡,并評(píng)價(jià)其療效及安全性。方法:80例中重度痤瘡患者隨機(jī)分為西黃膠囊組(對(duì)照組)和紅藍(lán)光照射聯(lián)合西黃膠囊組(觀察組),每組40例。對(duì)照組患者口服西黃膠囊,每次1.5g,每日2次;觀察組患者采用紅藍(lán)光照射治療,每次20min,每周2次,同時(shí)口服西黃膠囊,每次1.5g,每日2次;治療時(shí)間均為4周。治療后2和4周各隨訪1次,觀察患者皮損變化情況及不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生情況,比較其療效。結(jié)果:治療2周后,觀察組總有效率為67.5%,對(duì)照組為52.5%,2組總有效率比較差異無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),但觀察組患者炎性皮損和非炎性皮損消退數(shù)目明顯多于對(duì)照組(P=0.002和P=0.005);治療4周后,觀察組總有效率為85.0%,對(duì)照組總有效率為65.0%,觀察組療效明顯優(yōu)于對(duì)照組(P0.05),且觀察組患者炎性皮損和非炎性皮損消退數(shù)目均明顯多于對(duì)照組(P=0.01和P=0.001)。治療期間2組患者均未見嚴(yán)重不良反應(yīng),觀察組僅有2例患者在紅光照射治療后有輕度頭痛及惡心癥狀,下調(diào)照射劑量后癥狀消失。結(jié)論:紅藍(lán)光照射聯(lián)合西黃膠囊治療面部中重度痤瘡具有見效快、療效好、安全性高的優(yōu)勢(shì),值得在臨床上推廣應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:Objective: to treat facial moderate and severe acne with red and blue light irradiation combined with Xihuang capsule. Methods 80 patients with moderate and severe acne were randomly divided into Xihuang capsule group (control group) and red and blue light irradiation combined with Xihuang capsule group (40 cases in each group). The patients in the observation group were treated with red and blue light irradiation for 20 minutes, twice a week, and Xihuang capsule twice a day for 1.5 g each time. The treatment time was 4 weeks, followed up 2 and 4 weeks after the treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with red and blue light irradiation twice a day, and the patients in the observation group were followed up for 2 and 4 weeks. The changes of skin lesions and the occurrence of adverse reactions were observed, and the curative effects were compared. Results: after 2 weeks of treatment, The total effective rate of the observation group was 67.5 and that of the control group was 52.5. There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups. However, the number of inflammatory lesions and non-inflammatory lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P 0.002 and P 0.005), and after 4 weeks of treatment, the number of inflammatory lesions and non-inflammatory lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. The total effective rate of the observation group was 85.0 and the total effective rate of the control group was 65.0. The curative effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the number of inflammatory skin lesions and non-inflammatory skin lesions in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group. No serious adverse reactions were observed, In the observation group, only 2 patients had mild headache and nausea after red light irradiation, but the symptoms disappeared after lowering the dose of irradiation. Conclusion: red and blue light irradiation combined with Xihuang capsule is effective and effective in the treatment of moderate and severe acne on the face. The advantage of high safety is worth popularizing in clinic.
